Says I owe money to a company I took a loan from and now criminal charges are being pressed. When I called an attorney and the NC Attorney General, they told me that it was a scam. Now I have been repeatedly harrassed by this number telling me I am going to be arrested and "God rest my soul" and "See you in prison"

Asks you to press 9 to lower interests rates and when you tell them they have reached a cell and stop calling they just rudely hang up on you with saying a word.

A male voice using that offered me a home base business. for $5 and some change. Then I got transfered to safe id. They have no record or anything to do with the first part of the call. I cancel safe id, but i don't much about the other company.

It's a foreign person telling me for my attorney to call them back or i am going to jail. I had the same issue about 2months ago and the number related to AT&T after calling AT&T i didn't receive any further calls. Now it is starting all over,they are calling my cellphone and my work. I am on the verge of being unemployed. No information on why i am going to jail other than they say i owe them $$ the first time, now they say nothing. Sincerely A.M.L.

This number has called my home a dozen times in 24 hours. Once, they asked for me by name. The other times, the caller simply hung up. When I return the calls, the phone rings twice, then rings busy. I called my phone provider and they said I can't block numbers that are not withheld. This is clearly some sort of scam.

Who is this? They call me all day long as well and when I answer nobody responds.

This caller left a harassing message on my home phone number and said I had 24 hours to contact them back, that they would be serving me with papers between 9 - 2 today. They have obtained my sister's cell number who is an amputee and in a nursing home and have continued to harassed her with numerous phones calls and threats. I do not know how they obtained her cell phone number or my home phone number. When I called them back I got a man who advised this was a matter from 1994 and the papers would be served and I had better be home to receive them. I attempted to let them know I was returning their call and he begin screaming and claiming I called him. I have never heard of these people and would like to know my legal options in this situation.
